Flexiflo Corp opened a spanking new hydro-test facility at Jebel Ali, Dubai, UAE. The new facility commenced operations on 19th November 2020 and is equipped with cutting-edge technology, to test new and old hoses in a safe manner complying with all the local regulations and conforming to meet and exceed all International Standards.

The Test Facility was inaugurated by Mr. Mahajan (Terminal Manager of Petrochem) and appreciate Mr. Sachin Katrekar (Operations Manager) who visited despite his off-days.

Petrochem Middle East is one of the first Chemical Terminals were back in 2001, we were given an opportunity to supply Marine Composite hoses, Plant hoses, Dry-break and Camlock Couplings and Truck Loading Arms. We continue to service Petrochem as Partners and could not think of any other Company other than Petrochem and Mr. Mahajan to inaugurate this Test Facility for Flexiflo.

Hose Testing Facility at Jebel Ali, Dubai, UAE

The test facility has been constructed to handle new hoses and old hoses that need recertifications. There are 2 separate individual underground pits to store the clean water for testing new hoses thereby saving water and collection of residual waste from old hoses in a separate pit. The waste products will be sent to the lab and disposed in accordance to the Dubai Municipality guidelines.

The testing facility has been built taking into consideration the safety of the technicians during the testing operations and it is fully equipped to handle any blow-outs that could arise during the hydro-test in a safe and secure manner.
